The principal
Founded in Brazil in 1961, WEG is one of the three largest suppliers of low-voltage industrial AC motors in the world. IE3 and IE4 efficiency classes and hazardous-area certification come as standard production, not special order.

PLAN B ON is an authorized distributor of WEG in Korea. We supply WEG motors, drives and control equipment nationwide — and we take responsibility for the things that usually go wrong around them: the documentation, the customs file, the delivery to site.
Before this, we spent years moving equipment, people and paperwork through Korean shipyards for offshore projects. That is not a different business from motor supply. It is the half of motor supply that most suppliers leave to someone else.
We are a focused company and we intend to stay one. When you call, you reach the person who prices your order and follows it to your door. Our name is a promise about what happens when the first plan fails — and we would be glad to be tested on it.

Product range
WEG's current global lines — including the flameproof and classification-society variants most often specified on shipbuilding and offshore work.
Cast-iron three-phase motors with IE3 and IE4 as standard. W22 Prime, rolling out from 2026, reaches IE5 on a direct-on-line supply while keeping IE3 frame dimensions — an efficiency upgrade with no mechanical redesign.
WEG's synchronous line. IE5 ultra-premium efficiency with a drive, and the highest total system efficiency across the load range — for plants where running cost is the specification.
Frame 315 to 1250, for mills, main pumps, blowers and compressors — the duties that outgrow the low-voltage range.
The current generation: CFW900 for performance-critical duty, CFW500 for general purpose and machinery, including IP66 washdown versions. Selected together with the motor and warranted as one system.

Korea's minimum efficiency standard is moving from IE3 to IE4. WEG produces IE4 as a standard line and reaches IE5 with W22 Prime and W23 Sync+ — ask us to review your motor list against it.
CEMP · WEG Group
CEMP has made nothing but flameproof motors in Italy since 1954. Its move into the WEG Group in 2024 means it now reaches you through the same official channel as the WEG lines.
The core line. IEC frames 80–355, 0.75–375 kW, in Ex db and Ex db eb — covering gas groups IIB and IIC plus dust. IE3 as standard, IE4 available.
The TerraMAX line, Ex ec and dust-protected. Frames 80–355, 0.75–375 kW — built for Zone 2 and for sites where the hazard is dust rather than gas.
The brake sits in its own flameproof enclosure. Frames 80–315, 0.75–200 kW, with selectable brake torque, fail-safe braking and hand release.
All lines carry ATEX and IECEx certification. Thermal testing is ATEX, IECEx and UL approved, with Bureau Veritas and Korean Register approval. Built in Senago, Italy, since 1954.
